Capital of England, London witnessed Bharat Mahotsav” Festival of One India

Bharat Mahotsav” festival of one India held from 10th to 15th May 2023 at London, England, with the theme being "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav" & 75 years of Indian independence organized by Confluence. Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi Honorable Minister of State for External Affairs and Culture of India joined via Video conferencing as The Chief Guest at Confluence. The Host of Confluence was Lord Raj Loomba CBE.

Every day at the Mohotsav, there was a different activity. Swadeshi Mart was held from the 11th to the 12th of May 2023, with a Swadeshi Parade on the 11th evening at the ROYAL LANCASTER LONDON HOTEL ASSOCIATES WITH TECHNO INSPECTA. The Swadeshi Parade an Indian Sustainable Fashion Show began with Rina Dhaka exhibiting khadi, followed by Simran Ahuja's Eco-friendly materials, and concluded and Grand Finale by Smita Shrivastav Bridal Banaras showcasing Banarasi Handloom. Swadeshi Mart expo featured many category stalls to promote make in India items such as Rina Dhaka's Khadi, Simran Ahuja Gujarat handloom stall, Himachal Handloom, Naturopathy, Vaastu, WELLNESS QUANTUM HEALING by Dr. VANDANA TYAGI (Wellness Guru & Consultant & Nutrition Founder Shakuntalam) Traditional Health Care., HEALTH & WELLNESS THROUGH AYUSH, SMITA Bridal Banaras, and others.

Today, we want to celebrate diversity in fashion, art, culture, and business, and we intend to make this a bridging festival of two nations".
