The certificate recognises Pendse as an Actor, Writer, Director, Editor and Producer and cites the achievement as:

The Story of 11:17 PM

The film follows Keyaan, a famous travel blogger who begins experiencing a disturbing recurring dream every night at exactly 11:17 PM.

In the dream, Keyaan finds himself in a different country outside India, where he repeatedly sees an unknown man standing with his back turned toward him. The man never speaks and never reveals his face, but every encounter feels frighteningly real.

As the visions become more intense, Keyaan begins questioning his own understanding of reality. He consults psychiatrists, hoping to discover an explanation for the recurring phenomenon, but none of them can explain what is happening.

Convinced that the dreams are trying to lead him somewhere, Keyaan embarks on a solo international journey, combining his travel-blogging career with a personal search for the truth.

His investigation eventually takes him to Vietnam, where he finally encounters the mysterious man from his dreams.

The man introduces himself as Arjun.

Keyaan then discovers a shocking truth—Arjun has been dead for years.

The revelation pulls Keyaan into a terrifying psychological mystery in which dreams, memories and reality begin to disappear into one another.
